How we price your project
Pyzen builds custom software and AI systems. We do not publish list prices because the scope, team, integrations and delivery timeline differ for each engagement. You receive a written estimate before committing to work.
Fixed-scope projects
For a defined outcome and timeline, we agree on a project price and deliverables before work begins.
Dedicated teams
For evolving products, we scope the roles you need and price the team per role per month.
Milestone-based work
For phased delivery, we set a scope, estimate and approval point for each milestone.
Support and optimisation
For live systems, we agree on a monthly retainer based on support needs and response times.
Get a scoped estimate
Tell us what you want to build, who will use it, any existing systems it must connect to and your target timeline. We start with a discovery call, then prepare a proposal with the approach, team and estimate. Larger initiatives may begin with a paid discovery phase.
