Svarank · Self-hosted AI voice agents

AI voice agents

Svarank replaces press-1-press-2 menus with AI agents that callers simply speak to. It understands the caller, finds the right answer in your knowledge base, replies in natural speech and can act through your systems — all on infrastructure you control.

Why Svarank

Menu-driven IVR, meet conversation.

Traditional IVR makes callers fit your menu. Svarank lets them say what they need — and keeps the AI, the knowledge and the conversations inside your organisation.

Interaction

Svarank: Natural conversation

Traditional IVRKeypad-based

The real difference: your organisation keeps control of its AI models, knowledge base, voice processing and customer conversation data.

How it works

Speech in, speech out — in real time.

Every call runs through a speech-to-speech pipeline. Each stage runs inside your infrastructure instead of sending conversations to an external voice AI platform.

  1. PSTN · PRI · SIP · VoIP

    Incoming call

Calls arrive on your existing lines and trunks.

  2. Asterisk

    Telephony gateway

Call handling, SIP signalling and RTP audio streams.

  3. Faster-Whisper

    Speech-to-text

Turns the caller's speech into text as they talk.

  4. LLM + RAG

    AI engine

Understands intent, keeps context, retrieves knowledge and decides what to do.

  5. Piper · XTTS · Indic

    Text-to-speech

Turns the response into natural-sounding speech.

  6. RTP

    Audio response

Streams the generated audio back to the caller.

The loop continues, turn by turn, until the call ends.

Technology stack

Modular by design, layer by layer.

Svarank can use different speech-to-text, language and text-to-speech models without redesigning the platform — so you can adopt better models or cut inference costs as the field moves.

Runs in your data centre, not someone else's.

Svarank installs on your own GPU servers, inside your data centre or private cloud. There's no requirement to send conversation data to an external AI platform.

  • Works with the lines you have — existing PRI, SIP trunks or PBX.
  • Knows your business — documents, policies and FAQs feed the knowledge layer.
  • Visible end to end — call quality, latency, GPU load and failures on one dashboard.

What you gain

Voice AI on your terms.

Automate inbound and outbound calls without depending on a cloud voice AI provider.

Your data stays yours

Models, knowledge base, voice processing and call data stay on infrastructure you control.

Swap models, not platforms

Change the speech, language or voice model without redesigning the whole system.

Control inference costs

Run on your own GPU servers and optimise as better, leaner models arrive.

Acts, not just answers

Executes business operations through REST APIs into your CRM, ERP and other systems.

Where it fits

Calls your team shouldn't have to take.

FAQ

Svarank, answered.

Want to go deeper? Talk to our engineers →

Does Svarank need a cloud voice AI provider?

No. Speech-to-text, the language model and text-to-speech all run within your own infrastructure — on your GPU servers, in your data centre or private cloud.

Will it work with our existing phone lines?

Yes. Svarank's telephony layer is built on Asterisk and FreePBX and connects to your existing PRI, SIP trunk, PBX or VoIP setup.

Which languages can callers use?

Svarank is multilingual. Speech models — including Indic voice models — are chosen for the languages your callers actually use.

Can we change the AI models later?

Yes. The platform is modular, so the speech-to-text, language and text-to-speech models can be replaced without redesigning the rest of the system.

How do we know it's performing well?

Prometheus and Grafana track call quality, model latency, GPU usage, concurrency and failures, so your team sees how every part of the pipeline is doing.
