Pyzen Technologies (“Pyzen”, “we”, “us”) is a software and AI engineering company with offices in Noida and Gurugram, India. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data when you visit our website or contact us.
Information we collect
- Details you give us, such as your name, company, work email, phone number and project information submitted through forms
- Technical usage data such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and interactions. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity receive optional usage data only after you allow analytics.

Legal basis and consent
We process personal data with your consent, to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, or where we have a legitimate interest that does not override your rights. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where it applies, the GDPR.
Sharing your information
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and business, including hosting and email providers. If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity receive technical usage data; form entries are not sent to analytics. Providers process data under their own privacy terms, or where the law requires.
Data retention and security
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Enquiry details are held temporarily for up to one hour while the sender confirms their email address. Once confirmed, we send the enquiry to our sales inbox and remove it from the temporary queue; unconfirmed records expire after one hour. We use access controls, encryption and other safeguards appropriate to the risk.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent or raise a grievance. Contact us at sales@pyzenlabs.com and we will respond within the time the law requires.
